Directions
Recommended Dosage (Adults) Take 1-2 capsules twice a day or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use if taking drugs or natural health products with sedative properties.

Natural Ingredient Properties
Holy Basil is traditionally used in Ayurveda as a rejuvenative tonic (Rasaysana) to promote emotional well-being. It’s also used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce vitiations of vata and pitta, as well relieving indigestion (agnimandya), skin disease (kustha), dysuria (krichra), blood disorders (asra), cough (kasa), asthma (svasa) and pain in the sides of the chest (parshvaruk).
